Do you only convert buildings into residential use?Not at all. While many of our projects involve residential conversions, we also explore alternative commercial uses based on location, demand, and potential — always with a focus on creating purposeful, valuable spaces.

How long does a typical project take?Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the project, but most of our developments range from 6 to 18 months from acquisition to completion.
